Mermaid Parties

We offer mermaid/mermen parties to celebrate any occasion for children aged 8 years old through to adults.

For these parties you will have the sole use of the facilities and a full hour in the pool for up to 10 mermaids.  While in the pool we will do a quick swim test to make sure the children are at the right level to part and run through the safety aspects.  Then it is time to be a mermaid/merman, swimming,  practicing skills, games and race, not forgetting lots of fun. 

Good bags are also included for al the mer people.  

If you are celebrating something special let us know then we will arrange a special gift for the occasion.

We proved all the necessary equipment including the mono fins and mermaid tails, so there is no need to purchase any special equipment plus qualified mermaid instructor with an assistance to look after you all.  The total cost for this is £275.00.

To take part children need to be able to swim 25 metres or further of front crawl and back crawl, dolphin kick 5 metres and be happy swimming under water.  These requirements are for safety.

Baby Babies

FAQs

  • Bath Babies is an early introduction to water, baby massage and water sensory experiences. We are taking the knowledge and skills that we would learn in the pool environment and bringing it to bath time.

  • These classes are for babies from when the midwife or health carer approves of your baby having a bath up to 6 months old.

  • The instructors are currently on maternity leave and plan on resuming the classes in 2025.

  • Email us at info@getintheswim.co.uk and will help arrange your booking.

  • You will need the following for your Bath Babies classes:

    • Two towels

    • Muslin sheet

    • Baby swim nappy

    • Your baby's feed

    • And any other bits for you and your baby you use on a daily basis and would like to bring

  • We recommend your baby wearing a swim nappy in the bath for privacy but if you would prefer your child to wear nothing, that is fine too.

  • Buggies and car seats are welcome in the room however, can you please leave these at the edges of the room where possible without blocking any doors.

  • Yes absolutely! We appreciate childcare can be tricky or you might just want this to be an experience for you all. Your older child can help with bathing and just have that time to bond as siblings.

  • We would love for the opportunity for other parents and care givers to come and experience bath babies with your baby.

  • The is a car park at the venue.
